I started taking it as a way to absorb my supplements daily. I actually like it under my tongue. The punch is, I have found when my stomach is upset, the minty flavor really settles it down! Now, I usually take it when I want a little bump of feeling better. Thank you! Appreciate the giveback to our oceans as well✌🏼
First time trying a product like this. I use one pouch when I wake up before I get to work. I can definitely feel the energy/benefits right away. Using this and skipping my morning coffee now.
As someone new to supplements who’s never drunk coffee, I’m especially sensitive to these things. And let me say—these are potent! No caffeine, but it kinda gets my heart going a little bit, in a good way haha. I love the focus and energy it gives, plus the fact that it has ingredients that are actually good for your overall health. Lastly, I like how the pouch lasts an hour and becomes empty, so I know when to spit it out. It’s nice to use it, enjoy the flavor, and be done with it. The effects last a couple of hours for me. Definitely getting another pack!
I find myself working 14-hour days, and to stay focused and not drift off, I usually drink coffee constantly. But not with these. I noticed they give me the same focus and attention as if I were on some sort of stimulant. The focus I get is intense and the energy is subtle but nice, it gives you the endurance and focus to get into deeper thought and work, whether you’re on your first hour or your last!
