16.2 Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Upon termination, unpaid commissions will be paid out per our standard schedule, unless termination is due to a violation, in which case commissions may be forfeited.

16.6 Limitation of Liability

Soral Supplements is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program, including loss of revenue or data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the prior 12 months.
