If you’re not completely satisfied, we will make it right with a simple and hassle-free refund or exchange. Please read the following information to understand our guidelines on refunds, returns, and exchanges. 1. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or exchange.
What qualifies for a refund or return?
- Tried it but didn’t love it? We’ll issue a refund, even if the can is opened.
- Received the wrong product? We’ll replace it at no cost to you.
- Damaged or defective items? We’ll send a replacement or process a refund, based on your preference.
- Changed your mind? If the product is unopened and in its original packaging, we’ll cover the return shipping and issue a full refund once it’s back with us.
- Exceptions: Gift cards, final-sale items, and heavily discounted products are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Request a Refund or Return
Email us at support@soralsupplements.com with:
- Your order number and full name (required for verification)
- A brief reason for your return (optional, but helps us improve)
- A photo if the product is damaged or incorrect
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within an estimated 5-10 business days after approval.
No need to ship back OPENED products. If you didn’t love it, just let us know, and we’ll process the refund.
3. Packaging & Shipping for Returns
If a return is required, we recommend shipping the item in its original packaging to prevent damage.
Soral covers all return shipping costs for eligible returns and exchanges.
4. Exchanges & Replacements
- Want a different product or flavor? We’ll exchange it for free.
- Received a damaged item? Send us a photo, and we’ll send a replacement immediately.
- Fastest exchange option: Request a refund and place a new order right away.

If you purchased Soral products from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly regarding their refund and return policies.
