Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Handling Time: 1-2 business days after an order is placed.
  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship only within the United States.
  • Shipping Methods & Costs:
  • Standard Shipping (USPS) – FREE (Estimated 5 business days)
  • Priority Shipping (USPS) – $9.00 (Estimated 2 business days)

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

We stand behind our shipping process, but sometimes issues occur. Here’s how we handle them:

  • Lost Packages – If your package is lost in transit or never arrives, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement.

Damaged Shipments –

  • If only the outer cardboard box is damaged, but the cans inside remain intact, no refund will be issued.
  • If the cans inside are damaged, you are eligible for a partial refund.
  • If the pouches inside the cans are damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement.

If you experience any shipping issues, please contact us at support@soralsupplements.com with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable).

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
